The Article Series on Rainscreen Facades
 introducing the FREN Concept 2024

This series of articles explains how global high esteem states remain fouled for decades. High-rise rainscreen designs fail. We introduce corrective redesigns of facades, new or existing, for the safety of people.

Current regulations require redesigning existing buildings to avoid catastrophe recurring. Our articles explain why their upgrading’ fails and risk remains as is.

Proof of concept design shows how safety can be feasible, robust, inexpensive and provide hours to evacuate.
